If we sent you the wrong item in error, or the merchandise arrived damaged:

Please contact Customer Service at alice@texxturehome.com or 800.426.6394 immediately for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. We ship all replacement orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.

Purchases may be returned with a $6.50 restocking fee for any other reason within 20 days of receipt of merchandise by completing the following steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service at alice@texxturehome.com or 800.426.6394 to initiate your return.
  2. Fill out the Return Merchandise Form and include it with the merchandise and packing slip to ensure proper credit.
  3. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
  4. Send your return using the enclosed mailing label to:

Shipping & Handling

We only ship within the continental United States. Orders placed by 12 pm EST are processed and shipped out the same business day; orders placed after 12 pm EST are processed and shipped out the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays*. If an order is placed on Friday after 12 pm EST or over the weekend, the order will ship out on Monday. Orders will arrive within 4 to 10 business days after shipping. Design Ideas ships from its warehouse in Springfield, Illinois.

Orders will ship via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS Ground Service. Our shipping and handling charges simply cover a portion of our costs.
